MODERATO MONTESSORI SCHOOL BARCELONA REGISTRATION PROCESS
Enrolment takes place in 5 stages:
1/ You pick up the registration form during the Open Days (or you can request it in digital format if you have already visited the school).
2/ If you are interested, you return the PRE-registration file (without the attached documents) as soon as you receive it.
The selection criteria are related to the good distribution of girls and boys, the homogeneity of the age groups within the same class
3/ If your application is accepted
YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR REGISTRATION
You then have 1 week to return the final application form (without the attached documents) + pay the registration fee of 500 €.
After this time your place is no longer guaranteed.
4/ Then you have 1 month to send back the additional documents.
5/ Last step: you still have to pay the 690 €/740 €* deposit corresponding to 1 month of schooling depending on the level of your child.
(This deposit is a guarantee in case of non-payment. It is returned to you at the end of the child’s schooling when the notice of withdrawal is made within 3 months before the end of the schooling). (Payment is made at the beginning of July)
At the end of the process, the registration is final and you will receive a letter with the dates of our different appointments before the beginning of the school year.
Reminder of practical information:
Registration fee: 500 € non-refundable, a reminder of 100€ is required each year for the purchase of equipment
Tuition fees :
– 690 € / month / child for the Children’s Community (class 15 months-3 years) and the Children’s House (3-6 years)
(the price includes the canteen and all weekly activities: psychomotricity, yoga, music, gardening, English)
– 740 € / month / child for the Primary School (6-9 years old and 9-12 years old)
(the price includes the canteen as well as all weekly activities: sports, yoga, gardening, English,…)
